*This class begins February 4th. And will replace yin yoga on this evening.
**By popular demand this class as been extended 3 weeks! February 3rd, 10th, and 17th.
Level 1-3: This class is good for beginning students who are new to yoga and for continuing beginners to enhance their basic practice, and for advanced beginners to learn headstand, shoulderstand, and intermediate backbends. I make sure there is something for everyone.
All my classes are uniquely different. The all level classes are geared toward any and all styles of yoga. Practices consist of an interesting mix of strength building, or a flow, to long holds and working on your most favorite poses, or your most challenging ones. The palette of yoga is huge and there are many practices to create. All I ask is that you just show up, you won't be disappointed.
