Yoga in Common

* These classes (Monday and Sunday) alternate every other week. So check the web site specific dates.

Stretch and Recharge: This class is good for beginning students who are new to yoga and for continuing beginners to enhance their basic practice, and for advanced beginners to learn headstand, shoulderstand, and intermediate backbends. I make sure there is something for everyone.

All my classes are uniquely different. The all level classes are geared toward any and all styles of yoga. Practices consist of an interesting mix of strength building, or a flow, to long holds and working on your most favorite poses, or your most challenging ones. The palette of yoga is huge and there are many practices to create. All I ask is that you just show up, you won't be disappointed.
